Who is your absolute fav longboarder and why? Hmm, that’s quite a hard one cause the world is FILLED with amazing skaters. Watching videos of other people skating also makes me have the itch to go out and skate cause I always think “damn, I wanna try that!” whenever I see a sick slide or something haha Keeps me wanting to progress myself as a skater and encourages me to push my limits further. What inspires you to get out and skate? I pretty much constantly think about skating when I’m not out skating. Buttery, smooth and controllable slides while still having the ability to grip nicely. I havn’t really had the chance to try my 4prez as I just got them recently but I really like my mini hawgz. I have owned Paris 180’s and grizzly 852’s and the Calibers just blow them out of the water. Definitely the best trucks I have owned so far. The wheelbase options are really nice as well ranging from 26.5-28.5 inches, makes the board feel nice and nimble.
I’m not really into super-aggressive concave so I think it’s perfect for me. It’s really comfortable but still keeps you locked in nicely.
I’m really digging the mellow concave on the Agent Orange deck. I also ran into Lawrence Thompson when I just started skating and turned out he lived on my street so I started skating with him and he taught me a lot so I gotta thank him heaps for getting me stoked on skating.Ībsolute fav set up and why? Atm, I’m riding a Bombsquad Agent Orange with 50 Calibers, 90a blood orange barrel boardside and 87a Venom barrel roadside and 80a Orangatang 4prez or 80a Mini Monster Hawgz. So on my birthday, I bought a longboard and got the hang of riding it pretty quick. What got you into longboarding? Well, I was in town one day and I saw this dude cruising around on a longboard and at first I didn’t really know what it was so I searched on google “long skateboard” and found a bunch of videos and I thought it was super sick.
